The Georgia Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce (GANCC) is a 501(c)6 that promotes and supports neurodiversity in the business community by fostering equal employment opportunities and inclusive practices. This can be achieved through organizing educational programs, networking events, and mentoring businesses on neurodiverse hiring practices. Additionally, GANCC creates and distributes informative materials and maintains digital resources to further educate and engage the business community on the benefits and importance of neurodiversity in our Georgia communnity. By doing so, GANCC aims to create a more inclusive and equitable environment that values and leverages the unique strengths of neurodivergent individuals.
GANCC members are active resources for the Georgia community. They include neurodivergent adults navigating life, work, and independence — as well as the therapists, coaches, educators, specialized schools, service providers, medical professionals, legal specialists, and financial managers who walk alongside them. Our GANCC members are employers and organizations committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals across all areas of life — preparing them for work, helping them thrive in their careers, and connecting them to the living supports and community resources they need to live fully and independently.
The Georgia Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce's mission is to champion neurodiversity across all of Georgia. We are intentionally building a neurodiversity ecosystem in Georgia — one where every part of the community is connected, supported, and strengthened. Through monthly events, networking opportunities, and programming designed to spark real relationships, we bring together the people and organizations that neurodivergent Georgians need in their corner.
We connect people who need each other. We create programming that builds real skills and opens real doors. We give businesses the tools to hire inclusively and retain neurodivergent talent. And we advocate for policies that advance neurodiversity inclusion across Georgia.
Beyond our own events, we are actively partnering with and attending other organizations' convenings to collaborate on the larger issues facing the neurodivergent community. We believe that lasting change happens when the right voices are in the right rooms — and we are committed to being there.
When neurodivergent individuals have the right support, the right connections, and the right opportunities, everyone benefits — families, employers, and communities alike. GANCC exists to make that happen, one relationship at a time.
