Bowling Night for Neurodivergent Adults and Allies

Ready for a low-pressure, high-fun night out on St. Patrick's Day? Join us for Bowling Night—an easy way to meet people and laugh a lot!

This is a neurodiversity-affirming hangout for neurodivergent adults. Come as you are. Bowl a few frames, cheer for others, take breaks when you need to, and enjoy a night built for comfort, connection, while winning a few prizes.

Hosted by: Reflections Life Coaching

What is Included: Bowling Shoes and All Lanes  

Since it is St. Patrick's Day, we will have fun prizes for:

- Person with the most GREEN on. 

- Winner of the first round of bowling!

What to expect:

  • Casual, friendly vibes 

  • You can bowl, watch, or swap between both

  • Breaks are normal and welcome

  • Meet new people without pressure

Bring: yourself, comfy clothes, and your best “I totally meant to do that” bowling face.
